NICOO FASHION is a Shenzhen-based womenswear OEM/ODM manufacturer established in 2007. We develop and produce from a tech pack, sketches, reference images or a physical sample.

• Woven and cut & sew knit garments follow the same fabric-based development flow: fabric, pattern, cutting, sewing. We do not run fully fashioned (yarn-to-garment) knitting programmes.
• Styles shown on this website demonstrate our manufacturing capability. They are not a wholesale catalogue and are not offered for resale.
• We tell you in advance whether your order is planned at our Shenzhen factory or at our Sichuan and Jiangxi sewing facilities, and share the facility details and compliance status where available.

Standard bulk MOQ is 100 pcs per style per color, and it can be split across sizes. Orders from 50 pcs per style per color are available for special programmes.

Development fee credit

USD 35–45 per style for digital pattern files, credited against the bulk order once the order reaches 100 pcs per style. Custom dyeing and other development fees (if applicable) are quoted separately.

• Bulk price is normally quoted at 100 pcs per style per color.
• Below 100 pcs per style per color the unit price is adjusted by quantity: 1.1x at 50–99 pcs, 1.2x at 20–49, 1.5x at 10–19, 2x at 1–9.
• MOQ depends on category, fabric, trims and any dyeing, printing, washing or embellishment requirement. Final feasibility is confirmed per style.

Indicative monthly output is 18,000–25,000 pcs, combining our Shenzhen factory and the capacity of our Sichuan and Jiangxi sewing facilities. Production slots are reserved with the deposit.

• Available capacity varies by category, construction, fabric and order mix.
• Confirm the PO as early as possible for peak delivery windows, especially with custom dyeing, printing or embroidery.

Samples are developed in our Shenzhen sample room from a tech pack, reference sample, sketches or fabric direction. We quote an estimate first and a precise price once the sample is made.

• If the bulk order does not reach 100 pcs per style, the digital pattern fee and development fee are non-refundable.

• Timelines are estimates. They vary with fabric availability, custom dyeing, trims, printing, embroidery, washing, order quantity and feedback speed.
• Chinese public holidays affect production planning. The two breaks that matter for delivery are Chinese New Year (January/February, around 2–3 weeks) and National Day (1–7 October). We flag any impact on your timeline before you confirm the order.

Sampling is paid in full before dispatch. Bulk production runs on a 50% deposit and a 50% balance before shipment.

• The approved sample is measured, documented and sealed as the bulk reference. We recommend wear-testing it in real use before the bulk PO is issued. Relaxation or pre-shrinking is done before cutting.
• Colour fastness, pilling resistance and durability are reviewed where your specification requires them.
• We can coordinate with SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas or your nominated inspector. Inspection cost is normally covered by the buyer.
• A shipment sample before delivery is available on request. Shipment is arranged only after your approval.

Required testing, labelling, documentation and inspection are confirmed at the inquiry stage, as they vary by buyer and destination market.
